IMO Car Wash

Waiting more than 15 minutes for service when there were no cars waiting for a wash. Had to reverse the car to exit. The only noticeable employee totally ignored me. He didn’t even had the curtesy to come over and explain the reason for any delays. Won’t try that unit again, awful customer service.

Straightforward. Pay from inside your car, get automated services, unless of course you need an inside of the car job

Notice after I'd been that staining was around areas of the bodywork mainly on the drivers side door - the wash hadn't properly rinsed off the wash by the look of it. For the cost which is expensive I'd expect better.

Great car wash, very professional. Car looks superb and a lot of effort was put into it. Was flexible with payments too.

The guys were a but slower getting people through than some places, but they did do a good job so worth the wait.

OK for a quick cleanup. Some of the equipment is getting a bit knackered and the guy working there does not communicate in English very well. That said, he is diligent and works hard,

I've been washing my car here for a while and several times I have realised that the wax isn't covering the car properly and I also have received many scratches. Today was my last visit here. Completely disappointed 😞

Not for me I like to hand wash my car as places like this just kill your paint work

Prices have gone up at the bottom end double, still an OK wash

Never gets all the bugs or sap off but quick n does enough to make me happy
