Waves Hand Car Wash Stafford

Disgusted ruined my back window with whatever chemical they sprayed on it on the inside, and the women claimed it was already their, likely Story now my back window won’t de-mist!!!! Won’t be going back!!! I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star but had no choice.

Avoid !!!! I left my car here and went to Tesco shopping and sat in the cafe as he said it would take 1.5 hours. Then I went back as suggested 1.5 hours later and it wasn’t ready, they had forgot about it !

Absolute rip off a they didn't even do a good job.. I took my small van there to be cleaned while we went shopping. When we came back my van was parked up nobody in the office all the customers keys where there on the desk unattended and the staff busy cleaning cars and chatting away 5 minutes before some came to us even though they had seen us waiting anyone could have walked up and picked up a set of keys and had a car away... I just had the outside washed and dried.. it cost £10!! It's £5 everywhere else I have been. When I got home and opened the side and back doors they hadn't cleaned the sills and on further inspection the roof hadn't been touched at all it's a small van not a high top transit... Poor service all around. My advice go a minute up the road there are a couple of great hand car washes...

They really friendly and they doing a great job and if u really want your car to be proper clean then I would suggest u to go to them for a hand car wash

Horrendous, my daughter took a her new car to the car wash. The car was cleaned to a smeary standard and left with numerous scratches on the bonnet which they said came from a cat . She doesn't even have a blimin cat and I'm sure the car wash doesn't have one !. No , these scratches were made when the cleaner dropped his cloth on the dirty floor and instead of him changing his cloth , continued to rub the car with a stone ridden cloth. Do NOT take ur car to this car wash , they don't care and zero customer service . Better off taking it to a scout group at least they would have the decency to admit their incompetence.

Good price and always a great job

I really missed this place through lockdown! I took my filthy car in as soon as they reopened today! I took my car to an automated car wash during lockdown and I left with streaks all over my car and a few scratches! My car always leaves waves like a shiny new pin! It is also so so clean inside and smells amazing! (I have 2 large dogs who go in the back with the seats down so this is a massive deal!) ! The staff are always so lovely and professional. Thank you!

Had a valet done here and it was too notch. Perfect throughout, smelled great and fab customer service for a good price.

These guys are brilliant. Super flexible on timings and they always do a cracking job. I love the interior work too because it feels like you’ve just bought a new car!

It’s now stupidly expensive for a wash and dry for my estate car was £12. They did a satisfactory job but won’t be returning due to the price.

Complete rip off wants to charge double price to wash a car when compared to other surrounding companies…
