Island Hand Car Wash

Started using this wash a few years ago. Always very pleasant and did a good job. Then the quality of the clean started dropping so went elsewhere. Gone back a few times since as always appear busy, expecting good clean. Unfortunately not, looks ok when driving off but when back home obvious missed patches all round the car, including wheels, sills, grill, bumper. Car looks worse so end up washing again at home. You may say you don’t expect valet quality for £5, but I would expect the car to be clean. I’d happily pay more if it meant more attention was paid to the quality. Sorry guys, I won’t be back anytime soon ☹️

Mirror glass was knocked out today tried telling my wife our car had been in an accident rather than taking any accountability. Be warned you go here to have car washed at own risk
