I paid £100 for a full valet, my car interior wasn’t extremely dirty as I bought it from a car dealer recently but there was noticeable dirt around the air vents, carpets and where the seat belts come from. I thought a full valet would clean it fully (like the name suggests) and return it to factory setting. When I took my car home I saw that crevices and parts of the car were still dusty and dirty. I’ve inserted photos of the carpets so you can see but I don’t have photos of other parts as I was too busy cleaning them myself. There was a lot of dirty around where the seatbelts come from (which I thought the full valet would cover) that hadn’t been cleaned. I feel like the car wash place just did a surface level clean and left all the corners (or areas like the seat belts that I wouldn’t notice) dirty still. And like I said before the car was not very dirty when I got it, so I feel like £100 for a full valet was a waste for what I got. I had to clean over the top.

Broke the boot seal inside the car my pwlstic part of the vent is missing car wasn't even clean just did a quick vacuum by the looks of it still loafs of stains and marks all over inside of the car when my partner confronted him he walked off and pretend he didn't speak English don't go here waste of money and check there not taking care parts it's common with places like this
