ICC Hand Car Wash

Absolutely shocking worst car wash I have been paid 30 pound for a golf when a small car gold wash was 25 medium 35 under the floor mats has not been vacuumed centre console hasn’t been cleaned properly seats haven’t been moved back and vacuumed so if you move the seat forward or back it’s filthy a bit of crushed biscuit in back seat hasn’t even been vancumed

My first and only visit here. Mini valet (£20) was shocking. They didn't vacuum the back seat AT ALL... or the boot... or wash the car properly. Car not wiped after washing, so I thought it was just water marks, but actually still covered in DIRT! I paid before looking at the car as I was in the waiting area. Don't make the same mistake, or better still, go somewhere else.

I have used this car wash for 7 yrs and have found their standards slipping. They just want you out of their wash asap and don’t do half the work they used to. The staff are continually changing and struggle to do the job properly. I won’t be using them again .

This car wash is fantastic! The staff is friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. My car looked brand new—spotless inside and out. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of service. They even went the extra mile with little touches like tire shine. Highly recommend for anyone who values top-notch car care!
