Shocking customer service, charged more because my car was bigger than the 4x4 price on the board, that price is for small 4x4 I was told, first and last time I use this place,

Shocking. Paid £15 for in and out service and decided to tip them £20.00 as it was my first time using them, they put two holes in my matts with a pressure washer, accidents happen, But to try and hide it, then deny it and then when I ask for £10.00 compensation they ROBBED all the matts out of my car and told me never to come back. Intimidation tactics that have been reported to the police, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Customers have the right to object to the worker climbing on their tyres to clean their car. It’s dangerous. I saw him do it to the car in front. I asked the him not to climb on my tyres but he did it anyway. The manager came over and lost the plot! Not at his employee but at me for objecting. They then pulled out a step ladder which is what he should have been using in the first place! The manager was yelling and screaming at me even though his employee was wrong. It was so embarrassing!!! Never again!!!

Used for the first time ever. Usually avoid these places and now I know I should. Made me feel the interior of my car was filthy and was openly upset about my car. Made comments about me and my car to other customers Infront of me. I wanted to cry to be honest but let them get on with as I needed it doing. Regardless of how good a job was done I won’t be returning to be berated and degraded by staff. Upsetting exeperience. Considering all the men were called “my friend” and both I and another woman were called out for unclean cars. Wouldn’t go to a valeter if my car was clean would I? Not to mention it’s my works car.

Had a mini valet and he didn’t want to do it but he did in the end and it was an good clean

They wash and valet my Campervan every time before it goes out on hire. Quick, professional and value for money. All good.
