I've been using valet force for over 3 years now for ALL my car detailing needs and I can't fault them ,polite, punctual,professional I couldn't recommend them more!

He cancelled twice..... Nearly two months on still no communication to rebook. Would not recommend and will not waste my time again. From your reply.... Hygiene standards you mention dog excrement! Clearly didn't check the car properly then. Dog hair yes but excretion definitely not!! You think I'd be driving around with dog mess in my car for two months, just goes to show the extent of the lies you go to "try" and put the blame back on the customer, pathetic!! Try taking feedback and learn from it instead of trying to blame customers for your can't be bothered attitude or excuses. No local person mentions you as recommendation for valeting when asked and now I know why. Let's add bad attitude, can't be bothered and if anything happens or goes wrong... Be sure, it's customers fault and nothing at all to do with Mr perfect.

Unprofessional company with double bookings. Argumentive couple who don't communicate with each other then blame the customer. What a poor image! Disgusting behaviour, with emails to prove which will be sent to trading standards for unprofessional behaviour. Just read a previous comment on here with the same issue. I asked to just let me know if they weren't able to book instead they shouted down the phone saying it probably went to junk mail. Funny how my other emails prior to the one confirming the appointment didn't go to junk. I can show proof of emails that a booking was requested in FEBRUARY for first week of April which they initially agreed to. On the phone i said they need to uphold their agreement. I have felt the need to review due to the stress these unprofessional people caused. It was that bad I had to cut them off as they were both shouting ontop of each other. Never in my life have I spoken to a company who acts in such a way. I just requested that they should carry out their promises. That's basic laws of business, does anyone think there's anything wrong in that ? As specified above theres similar reviews to mine. Think that says it all folks, be careful !

Had my car valeted inside and out today by Steve, the results are really impressive, walk, decontamination and coated, inside leather cleaned and fed, car looks brand new, could not recommend them enough a true 5 star service, it’s the second time I have used them on two different cars and already booking my next Valet for a few months time and very reasonably priced and also he’s a really pleasant friendly guy to deal with

Seen this guy at a petrol forecourt shouting at swearing at others in front of children. Maybe don’t do that when your company brand is plastered all over your van. 🔔🔚

Had a two stage paint correction carried out on my car this week. Steve arrived on time, was polite and friendly and did a fantastic job at an excellent price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Valet Force again.

Cancelled on the day, due to light rain. The review is more about wasting our time. I understand you can't control the weather but having light rain stop all work seems a bit excessive. Cannot comment on nature of work. Dissapointed.

Would highly recommend. They did a full valet, followed by a 2 stage machine polish on my car today. Then finished with a high quality wax. The car literally looks like it's just come out of the showroom. Incredibly friendly and professional company. I'll definitely be using them again 👍
