I left my car there for one hour, clearly agreeing that it would be cleaned both inside and outside. When I returned, the interior had not been cleaned at all. The exterior looked terrible — still dirty and full of grime. When I pointed this out, they said they could wash the exterior again. I explained that my time was already wasted. I am a businessman and my time is valuable. I cannot afford to sit around because a job was not done properly the first time. What surprised me even more was that they insisted the car was “fine” and tried to convince me that the result was acceptable. It absolutely was not. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you look at their existing reviews, you will see a pattern — and unfortunately, my experience confirms exactly what others have already said. Very disappointing service.
