Good place to do a bit of shopping as well filling up

I have driven past this garage everyday for work for 3 years but yet I've never used it up until a month ago. Wish I used it sooner, the man who works behind the counter which I usually see is the most helpful staff member I've come across in a long time. Please don't ever get rid of him!!!

Please review your V-Power pricing. £1.85 per litre is excessive — even many London stations are charging less than this. There has to be a reasonable balance between profitability and fair pricing, as these prices feel completely unjustified. I recently filled up at Leicester Forest East for £1.79 per litre, which makes this pricing even harder to understand.

Worst fuel ever. I put in £20 worth of fuel and didnt even budget looks like they using air which goes with the petrol i put fuel in daily this petrol station when you come in the pump 3 do not use. I wouldn't come back here again rather use morrisons down the road.

Absolutely appalling staff on a night I asked for a white peach Red Bull and specifically told him not Sugar-free He still got the sugar-free and when I asked him for a coconut flavour, he said I can only give you normal Red Bull then I asked him for Chris packet he said I can’t get that one right now. You can only have three flavours would not recommend to go on a night and they should change a night stuff to someone who understands English a lot better.

Worst service station ever Doors closed pumps off wants paying before fuel goes in how is that possible if using a company fuel card also attitude of staff member rude to the core Avoid this shell Normally I avoid it but going home late so thought fill my truck before going home so ready for shift in morning… never again am I visiting here

Great service station with great staff and regularly use the convenience store inside for a quick few purchases

Excellent service very clean and tidy staff is great to deal with got EV for my car and they are fast chargers

They should change their name to Sorry out of use, Because that’s all I see when I come to this petrol station. Not just once it’s a very common occurrence.

Not very clean

So today I used the ev charger at shell for 5 mins or so and it changed me £55. Absolutely ridiculous price I'm not happy I want my money back iv been robbed 0 stars for this place
