Aire Hand Car Wash

They damaged my turbo and cost me £450 after washing my engine. I told them to be careful when washing- they said it was a service they do and I can trust them but they did not cover my air vents properly and water leaked into my turbo and damaged it. I had to get it reconditioned. Really disappointed that I trusted them with this service and it has cost me so much money.

This carwash is “ok” for wash and go, but is asking for 20£ for “mini-valet” and 100£ for full valet to coupe car audi a5. 1 star feedback

Just been to have my car washed and I need not have bothered....the roof is still dirty and all down the left side is covered in dirt marks that I have just had to remove myself and there was dirt all under the door handles ....I wont be coming back here again!!!!

Done a great job

Took my car for a full valet a few weeks ago it was filthy the seats were stained it was full of dog fur. On picking the car up it looked like a new car, and smelled gorgeous i will definitely use this car wash again.

Giant scratch on my car and scratches on my wheels. Will not be coming back.

Been coming to this car wash for almost 4 years,since I moved into this area. Been relatively happy until this morning, as I walked back to my car, I noticed an 8" scratch, exactly in a way a hand wash would move. No point complaining, I'd already left their facility, but time to find somewhere new.

Came here for the first time this weekend. Really disappointed. Was not busy at all so that cannot be used as an excuse. Rims still had mud on them. Not dried properly so both side panels were covered in streaks. Hapless. First and last.

First and last time. Scratched my windscreen, scratched my driver’s side window, bonnet was still dirty and swirl/water marks all over the car. I normally clean my car myself but took a chance this time. Never again. If you care about the condition of your car, don’t bring it here.

A good car wash

Always go here. They valeted/washed my car the other week, they do an excellent job.

More expensive than others in Leeds and not any better. No airfreshner or even a thank you or service smile. Language barrier perhaps....

Used to be good but not anymore. Last two times car has not been cleaned properly and left with soap streaks and light scratches in swirl patterns on the bonnet. Never going here again.

Tiptop service

Ive had easy well over 150 washes from this place and i honestly cant fault it!! I've been coming here for 7+ years and honestly I can't complain. The Lady owner/manager is absolutely lovely and always gives you a nice smile ;D

They will scratch and give swirls to your car. Stay away!
