I tried to book an appointment on two occasions in May 2024 and December 2024, but unfortunately both times the experience was disappointing. I reached out to schedule a service, but they failed to respond back to me with dates both times. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional, especially when you’re relying on a company to provide a service. I had hoped for a more reliable and customer-focused approach, but sadly, they fell short. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Simon done a great job on a filthy van I purchased. Quick to answer his phone, kept his appointment even with the bad weather and was even earlier than we had booked. Van cockpit looks and smells way fresher than it did
