AVOID. My wife went to Waves car wash in Heath Hayes and this is how they left the wheels. Upon pointing it out to staff and asking if the wheels still need to be finished the staff told us Waves policy states we can not touch the car with our hands/fingers so the wheels won't be cleaned further. Absolutely shocking service for £15 (small car). Shocking service at an extortionate price.

Had a mini valet from waves Heath Hayes. Very friendly service from the two gentleman there. Was able to leave my car with them and go shopping. Came back to an immaculately clean car on the inside and outside. Highly recommend.

Honestly atrocious service, how does this car wash have so many rave reviews? I had my car cleaned here last Monday bank holiday - the manager offered some deal not using the standard pricing table, and said cash only, which were the first things I found sketchy. When he said the clean would take one hour, I declined as I would have struggled to make an appointment I had to get to, however when he later said 30-40 minutes, I accepted as this would still have given me enough time to get to my appointment. 45 minutes after my shop in Tesco, they hadn't even started cleaning the outside of my car. Later, they later caused numerous scratches on the paint job which had soiling, and were only finished 70 minutes after I had initally brought it in, causing me to have to reschedule my appointment. They still had the nerve to charge me the full price after.
