Great service

I recently visited this car wash and had a disappointing experience. During the wash, one of my car mats was torn, which was not the case before I arrived. I noticed this immediately after the wash. When I raised this with staff, I was told it was already damaged, which I do not agree with. While I was trying to explain the situation, the staff member began speaking loudly to a colleague in another language in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and somewhat aggressive. In addition, the car was not cleaned to a good standard, with visible dirt and dust still left inside. Overall, I’m disappointed both with the damage, the level of service, and how it was handled.

Really bad service.not proper cleaning Charging £25 for small car,but display says £20.

Went there today, staff were very unfriendly and my car was next as I had been waiting, but boss just told another car to go first. So I left and will never return. Thanks for a great service
