IMO Car Wash

A clean car just feels different to drive, doesn't it? And these days it's genuinely hard to find a car wash that takes real pride in what they do. Living in London, I'm used to paying anywhere between £25 and £30 for a wash, only for it to feel rushed, with greasy marks left behind or areas completely missed. Sometimes you drive away wondering why you even bothered. I've used quite a few IMO car washes over the years as well, and if I'm honest, some have left my car looking worse than when it went in. That's why this visit completely surprised me. From the moment I arrived, every single member of staff looked like they genuinely cared. They weren't standing around waiting for the next car; everyone was busy and taking their time to do the job properly. It was fairly busy too, but they never rushed the work. What I really liked about the process is that before the car even goes into the automatic wash, they properly jet wash it by hand. They took the time to blast off all the bird droppings, stubborn dirt and road grime, so the automatic conveyor wash wasn't trying to clean a dirty surface. Once it went through, the machine washed and dried the car really well, and then the team finished everything off with the interior clean. I went for the Ultra HD wash, and for just £5 extra I had the inside done as well. They even used a powerful air blower to get all the dust and grit out from around the dashboard, vents and all those little places that usually get overlooked. The attention to detail was outstanding. Honestly, when I collected my car, it looked like the day I bought it. Proper showroom finish. I couldn't stop smiling. A massive shout-out to all the brothers working there. You can tell they take pride in their work, and that makes all the difference. I only wish I lived closer because I'd happily make this my regular car wash. Unfortunately, by the time I get back to London, the motorway has already started adding its own layer of dirt! But whenever I'm in the area again, I know exactly where I'll be bringing my car. Thank you guys!

Used IMO Car Wash recently and it was a solid experience all round. The staff were really friendly and helpful — they got me sorted quickly, explained the options without any pushiness, and were polite throughout. The wash itself was quick and the car came out looking clean and fresh. Good value for money too compared to some other places. Only reason it's not five stars is there's always a little room for improvement on the finer details, but honestly, for a quick and convenient wash with pleasant staff, you can't go far wrong. Would happily use again.

Absolutely terrible experience at IMO Car Wash Leagrave. The car wasn’t dried after the wash, leaving water all over it. Once it dried naturally, it was covered in watermarks and streaks, making it look like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I expected a professional finish but ended up having to dry and clean the car myself. Definitely not worth the money, it was my first time here and I won’t be returning.

Be carefull guys, when you pay for triple foam actually you pay for single foam, if you pay attention at the foam tubs only one is filled with foam and other two with water.

Waste of money Not washing properly most of machines not working drying and foam shampooing. Avoid using here. Use local cars wash.

The worst carwash I been to worst service I arrived 20 mins to closing time and the guy refused to wash my car when I asked him for his name he refused. The worker is an Asian male

Waste of £7.50, these branches going downhill i use to work at these 11 years ago we took pride in our work but not anymore, no prewash, wheels were dirty lazy staff saying this doesn’t work that doesn’t work, area manager should read this and do something about it not turning up on site having a coffee and reading washes from machine

The guys did an amazing job with the valet, nice and easy. My car is quite big being a volkswagon caddy and they still made sure to clean every single part. Great service and amazing customer service. Will definitely come again.
