Went to this car wash out of convenience, and I regret that choice. Pricing was a bit confusing on the signage but was clarified for £15 'Mini valet' which was just in and out. The gent that washed the exterior seems like he was taking shortcuts, for some reason he applied the soap/snow foam only on the front of the car instead of walking around and spray it all around which takes 2 seconds. When drying the car I don't tend to nit pick, however the gent drying and doing the interior had to be directed to the fuel cover where there was soapy water leaking from so I opened it to ask him to dry it off. Despite him supposedly doing it I had to go in with my sleeve and dry some soap outside of it. Thought it was all done but as I sat inside, there were marks still on my infotainment screen so I asked him if he could wipe it which he did with a wet clothe which didn't do anything and left marks. Once in the car I noticed windscreen still had marks and there were dirt stains that were not cleaned by my cup holder. They also used that tacky leather spray which I'm personally not a fan of, so if you're like me then avoid this one. Overall there was no care or attention to detail and wouldn't recommend this car wash. Think I'll stick to Niks car wash on Selbourne road as I feel they set my standards to what they are and I am always left satisfied with them. They're cheaper too for in and out.

They are the worst one, they broke my dash cam from the back, they don't finish the job( only one part of the wells they clean and they are not professionals

It is definitely never again.I payed 85£ for their most expensive cleaning after buying a new car.It has been done the most lazy way even thought they keep my car all day. After I saw the "management" answer I realise why this car wash is so miserable.Instead to apologize and investigate who and why haven''t done his job properly he is trying to blame me as a costumer that I bring a dirty car to the car wash!?!? Before visiting this place I checked the price and I decide to use the most expensive wash because I wanted my car to be cleaned properly from the previous owner which hygiene was even worse then Elis car wash.When I pay 85 pounds for a car wash you are damn right that I would like it to be done perfectly.

Absolutely baffled at the service. Exterior was not the best but it is what it is. Interior was horrendous. I didn't understand what I paid for as it looks the same. Not been vacuumed. They've just sprayed oil everywhere to make the dash shine and let the car go out.

Got my Fiesta washed here a few minutes ago and boy the before and after is crazy. Car felt brand spanking new and my car is an absolute banger. Worth it.

Very costy and still vehicle wasn't well cleaned especially the windows! I would avoid!

Really pleased with the service. Called in advanced, Elis was polite and transparent with price. The team he has took their time and thoroughly washed the car. Competitive pricing and great service. I will be keeping this as my regular place for now.

It was good a few months ago . now I have to correct the dirt from the car. Not washed in the middle of the roof. I'm sorry

Seemed a bit short-staffed when I visited; it took a while before I was seen to. My car was cleaned nicely. It was £15 for a small car - I've been told the prices have gone up, which is similar to many other places now. I didn't get a little complementary air freshener like the other place I used to go to. A convenient location.

The best carwash in Luton

They charged me for a 7 seater or a 4x4, but my car is just a medium-sized suv and has only 5 seats and is not a 4x4. The car in front was a huge Audi A7 that was much bigger than mine, but he was charged less. I get my car cleaned every week, so there must be a local car wash who wants my £500 a year and charges fairly.

These guys are excellent. Fast AND efficient.
