MFG Car Wash Centre

Avoid the useless car wash machine at this location. On two occasions now, the dryer for this machine did not work. I sat in my car for five minutes each time, waiting for it to kick in after the wash. Each time, when I went to the attendant, they told me no one else complained, and they didn't bother to investigate. When I reached out to their customer service line, and provided all the relevant photos, all they did was regurgitate the same lines as the attendant - i.e. there appeared to be no fault in the equipment. If they had cameras in this machine, they would have seen me sitting there waiting patiently for the dryer to move (which it didn't). Horrible customer service - lazy and time-wasting. I won't be making the same mistake to attempt this again.
