Binley woods Car Wash

When cleaning car, only used one cleaning rag and rubbed dirt from sills and arches over upper paintwork scratching car lightly all over. Avoid !!!!!!

First time using this car wash. Staff are brilliant. The guys are quick and efficient. My car wasn't in the best state and they've made it look brand new again. Very good pricing too!! Great value for money.

Turned up at the car wash to experience the car wash staff were being abusive to another customer. There attitude was disgusting. I would never use this car wash. We are the paying customer expecting a service not to be treated disrespectfully and expect to hear fowl and abusive language.

No longer in Binley went to new address advertised at the site in Bodmin Road and nothing there 😔

A thorough bodywork car clean including the grey areas behind the doors and tailgate. Very impressed and will use again.

I chose this place because I assumed Binley Woods would have a better care policy than say other parts of Coventry. After I inquired about a full seat valet, they convinced me of a whole car clean. The power of the water jets that they use are much more forceful than rain, so the water gets into electrics, electronics and motors. In this case, the doors, so now the passenger window won't open. I went back and told them and the response was "Maybe water get in there". Well are you willing to compensate? The irony is that my drivers seat wasn't even properly cleaned, which is the reason I went in the first place.
