They charge 25 to 30 for small car to wash. Car wash shouldn’t be charging that much because you are not better then any other carwash.

Thieves say they will charge you £15 then demand £25 after you washed the car

Waste of money after cleaning there was a lot of spots in the car which was not properly cleaned after complaining they told me to have full wash ....very disappointed with the service advice to visit another car wash instead of this one ...and overpriced as well..

Regular customer, come every week and always give tips. I went with a friend to get their car washed (I asked for the regular- a full car wash with inside- and i’m the one who paid). The friend got back to me saying they stole £4 change from the car armrest.

Items missing from inside my car, property on the floor from inside my car and damaged. Aggressive and rude staff. Claimed not to be responsible. Not too sure how that works because it’s them that has damaged my property?

Been going to this place for years with great service however today I was overcharged for an ‘in and out’ service because there was a lot of dog hair in my car to hoover up. The guy in charge said my car is ‘very dirty’ because of this so instead of £25 he charged me £50. They didn’t need to clean my boot either because I had too much stuff in there. Very disappointed and won’t be going here again. Also spoke to the customer after me who said the same guy tried to charge him the same amount. I suggest not going here to get your car cleaned unless your car is clean enough for the standard charges 🤣

Prices are a little expensive, £25 for inside and outside. Staff seem nice except one guy who never has a smile and always looks grumpy, possibly the owner since some of the staff give him the money they get from customers

Without doubt THE best car wash in Coventry. I take my 20 year old Jaguar there every week and by the time they’ve finished washing and drying it looks like new!!

Awful. Asked me what service i wanted, i told them quick wash but said i had to do wash and dry. £5 extra then what i asked for my cheap runabout car. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff were unfriendly and slightly intimidating.

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash center. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional despite having a large team on-site. I've been to other car wash centers where they charge just £8-£10 for exterior cleaning and £15-£20 for a full interior and exterior service. Here, they charge £15 for exterior and £25 for both, yet the quality and efficiency don’t justify the higher prices. I won't be returning.
