It was awful!! They made the car interior greasy and smelled like WD40. Wasted me so much time cleaning. And they threw away everything I had in the trunk!

The guy who stand in the cashier i think he is the boss but he is very stupid he disrespect the customers aggressive attitude please don’t go there . they charge different prices different days , there is plenty of welcoming car washes in Coventry u can get .

Very poor cleaning. They are not properly cleaning inside of the vehicle.

I felt so disgusted today washing my car here. When I got there I asked the dude washing the other car how much it cost to wash outside of my car, he told me £8. I parked and left only to get back, I told them I am paying with card and the ladies said £10. I told them I was told £8 when I asked. One reluctantly accepted claiming the dude that told me £8 was new - I wonder how that is my fault, especially when that is the price everywhere. What aggravated me was one of the lady’s telling me ‘pay £8 and don’t come back’. For real? With the shoddy job done in less than 10mins? I really felt I lost the £8. Customer relations is everything unfortunately they lack it.
