DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!! Approximately six staff and couldn't do the bare basic of cleaning a car!! Outside wash only, they didn't pre clean properly, left loads of muck on the car especially lower skirts and bumper areas. Pointed out the bits they missed and used a microfiber to spread the dirt around, I had to leave and clean myself at home. I would rather use the ones further down Binley road or the ones on mercer Ave by the barras club. They don't deserve the one star

Took my car for a in and out for £15, first I get to sit there as the soap dries before they even come back to wash it off, they see a bit of mud inside and throw their toys out the pram and begin demanding £35. I told them the most theyre getting is £20, then proceed to watch them strop about for the next 15 minutes to hand me my car back without the side skirts and central dash even being wiped down. (They hadnt even removed some old pay and display tickets from the central console) Ive used this car wash for over 7 years but I will now be looking for a new one.

Rude staff and small attention to details, when pointed whats wrong was met with rolled eyes and sighs

Threw my things away, promised free car wash next time and when i arrived he acts funny with me, then agree to clean my car only to change his mind 2 minutes later because my car is dirty haha. What?? Been customer for last 6 years, never going back to this place. Quality has gone downhill its terrible, dont go there

**WARNING** Do not use these guys, they have caused over a thousand pounds worth of damage to my car.

I just came not long from them 10-20 min and I said to the guy please don’t use the jet wash close cause the paint it’s bad, and I think he told the other guy to don’t use it close but he didn’t listen and this is the picture of the paint coming off my car, and the bad experience I had with this car wash, now I need to spray it, and the car not been clean probably and it’s a bad clean from them, not going there again first and last time

The worst car wash in Coventry. £20 for nothing — my car looks exactly the same as before the wash, still dirty. I do NOT recommend.

Note recommended, not professional, Charging £15 including interior clean but unfortunately it wasn't clean instead of cleaning they messed up the car inside ( wet the car mat )

Toke van thers and i ask littel boss there how much would charge me said £30 and i said to him I’ll give you £35 just wish it bit proper my man didn’t wish my van and been he’s very rude leave shampoo on the van he’s telling me take you van and he’s said to me don’t pay I try my best to ask to wish my van he’s said are you leaving or you gonna make you big issues and threatening me I didn’t know what was wrong with guy and I leave there or we would’v go more deep on him otherwise he’s try to fight me lol anyway I would really badly recommend and I will never go back there again

Boys just finish wash my car like for this price job was done very well. Recommend.
