Absolutely fantastic service – highly recommended if you want that “brand new car” look! I booked a mini valet and honestly couldn’t believe the result. The car looked brand new, inside and out. Most car washes tend to miss areas or leave little details unfinished, but these guys covered everything – seats, dashboard, steering wheel, side pockets/bins, boot, alloys, and even finished it off with a spray polish. The attention to detail was excellent. This was my first visit. I’d previously tried going to Pilot Car Wash several times and was completely ignored, whereas here I was greeted immediately with a polite, “How can we help you?” and asked what type of wash I would like. That level of customer service makes a huge difference. The photos don’t really do it justice, but I’ve attached a few to show the quality of their work. For me, great customer service is just as important as the wash itself, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality valet and excellent customer service.

I hadn't cleaned my car in 10 years and it was absolutely appalling. It was full of hay, bird seed, sand, you name it. I was embarrassed to take it anywhere. I finally plucked up the courage to bring it here after recommendations and I am so glad that I did. The gentlemen were really non judgemental of the state of my car and did a fantastic job. It is gleaming! They were so thorough and so polite and courteous. I can't recommend highly enough. Fantastic value and a fantastic service. Thank you so much, I am going to keep on top of my car in the future and will definitely be back :)

I brought my White Audi A3 in today, and it honestly looked rough — the back of the car had green fungus buildup, dust everywhere, and even a bit of an unpleasant smell. The team at Vlora Hand Car Wash did an absolutely amazing job! They cleaned every single detail with great care, and by the time they were done, my car looked and smelled brand new. The staff were friendly, thorough, and clearly take pride in their work. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and effort they put in.
