Toilet never available! Also a lady work there( may be owner) She is rude ttoo!

Shops ok and stations is ok. The greggs inside is massively over prices compared to other greggs outlets

The fuel is excellent for your vehicles also the vehicle washer is very clean and tidy even the shop floor is clean also the air machine is working as well There's good parking and there's a cash machine there its very clean. The staff members are very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend going to this place 💯 percent

Good place.

Charged £118.00 for fuel and only put in £30.00. Luckily my credit card company are sorting this out. The Asian man on the till was too busy shouting across the shop to his mate and charged me for pump 4 not 6! Very ignorant and taking nearly £80 of my hard earned cash

Paid cash at the counter for petrol and one of the workers came out to ask me why i hadnt paid. I had to convince him i had paid and he just about believed me. I felt embarrassed and angry at the same time. What if he didnt believe me and called the police. First of all avoid this Petrol station if possible, secondly use a card if you do purchase anything.

I’ve visited a lot of service stations, but the team at this BP really sets the bar high. From the moment I pulled up, the atmosphere felt incredibly positive and welcoming. It’s rare to find a petrol station where the staff genuinely seem happy to help, but the team here is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. Whether I’m just fueling up or grabbing a coffee, I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived.

All time toilet out of service

Put fuel in the car and went to the shop to pay and use the toilet. Guy said no toilet. I asked why? He sad it's blocked and What can I do? Nice. Big shop and not a single toilet.

It’s 24 hours station with Greggs , but toilet is always out of service. I guess it’s just the lazy staff , they just too lazy to keep it clean so they simple lock it .

Air pump is out of order.

I had to fill petrol morning £10 and this morning £9.40 pence but I had to drive only 10 miles. now my car is showing remaining 7 mile only. also fuel warning light still on car is 1.8 petrol. Total £19. 40. air only coming.

kind staff , amazing service

You're forced to go back to the counter to get a refund on any unspent fuel. The fuel is overpriced and the customer service is awful. The guy on the counter barely speaks English and head office doesn't care.
