Bespoke Hand Car Wash

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. Instead of refreshing my car, this car wash landed me a visit to a paint specialist. The paintwork is scratched, and the dirt under the door handles and on the rims is still there. This is the worst service I have ever used.

This was my first visit to this car wash as I was told by a friend that they were good. (They were not wrong) I paid £20 for a basic inside and out wash and clean, which i must admit was done very thoroughly. The people there seemed friendly and did a great job of cleaning my car. I will go back at some point in the future and hopefully the service i got will be the same. The car looks really clean 👌

It's a car wash. They washed the dirt off my car. It's cost £10. If I wanted it done better, with fancy waxes etc I'd do it myself, but these guys do a job, and it's was 2°c. Money well spent.

I think they can't understand simple English, I have asked the guy to clean the wheels 3 times and they still didn't do it, how hard is it? Car not cleaned properly, all front and back not even dried, saying they are busy 😂😂😂 What a joke.

I used this service 03/08/24, Peugeot 308, they missed dirt/cobwebs on the car, didn’t hoover the boot very well, marks on seats. Definitely won’t visit again, they used to really good. Not worth more than one star

Don’t waste your money its not worth it. In and out £20 and within 15mins its done. Mediocre at its best.

I have used these guys for around 4 years, after few times of not cleaning properly my rims, they took complaint on board and improved. However last visit will definitely was my last... After my last car wash they charged me extra without saying anything.. When I challenged her that on board is different price she said "I know, this is not possible to work with this money and I thing this will change soon anyway". I was shocked, and replyed you can't just change being employee price becouse you think that it will change 😳 so she got upset on my and throw 1£ back to saying "take it back then, it won't change me anything anyway". Then I gave a signature card to sing (every 5th time for free) she signed it and said "I also think this will be the last one". Honestly she has to stop thinking so much and focus to job, instead of making her personal changes in somebody's company. There is no way I'm going back there.
