They're good at their job

They broke windscreen wipers and scratched my windshield, left the car still dirty. They got aggressive and all tried to blame it on me saying it was broken before. Said they can check cctv I told them to check it. They never did, just demanded the full payment. I’ve had better washes in drive through automatic washes. No apology from any of them either. Horrendous service and even worse people. Don’t bother going. From other reviews I can tell it’s a common occurrence

Can get busy at times. Good service. Always gets my car sparkling clean.

World's slowest car wash . Stop talking every 1min when it's busy. Will speed up the process. More washes = more profit

Didn't do a bad job. Unfortunately someone accused me of something I didn't do .thought I took photos of his car. Why would anyone do that. Wasn't even a decent one not sure if he worked there I put him straight car is clean

Given the time it took, I was hopeful of a good job being done, but not so . . Many dirt marks left on the car, so much so that I had to go round it myself afterwards and finish off properly. Also they staff are very disorganised, which add to the time it takes and the service you are provided. Also, £10 flto clean the exterior of the smallest smallest car on the road is excessive, especially when other hand car wash places charge £8, and automatic car washes are £6 . .

When I go there, they are usually fine, but today my girlfriend took the car for a wash, these idiots broke the radio antenna, and tried to just put it back on like nothing happened. I imagine they wouldn't be doing this if I were there. I won't be taking my car there anymore; the little saving in price is not worth the car damage. The fact that they try to put it back on like nothing happened shows what kind of people are working there.

Good service. Fast but occasionally had to wait as there was a queue, which says a lot of positive things about the place tbh.
