Very good service

There was one last scratchcard left and i have asked for a number 5 , however the person at the till who was serving me refused to sell it describing that the one left is just for “display” As i previously worked in a store i have described that the manager on duty should have a key to be able to sell it. The answer i got was that we have no manager on site 😂 Poor customer service

Was given a scotish 5 pound note . I would not except it . As i did not want it from bank of scotland . £5 note says bank England . I do not need telling the history of the country i was born in .

Awful station. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and act like customers are an inconvenience. No manners, no service, no professionalism. The automatic car wash is never working and the jet wash is rarely operational. Shell should be embarrassed to have their name on this place.

Always friendly, very helpful, shop layout easy to find things

Fuel is expensive and the car wash always seems to be out of order. Staff are usually quite pleasant.

Staff are nice; but Quite possibly the most expensive petrol station in Rugby. Consider that I bought petrol in Liverpool yesterday at £1.08 (seriously).... It's a hyper markup

Quick and easy

Staff claimed to be totally unaware that the bristles on the jet wash brush were completely worn away. Clearly do no checks. Do not use unless you want a scratched and/or dirty car.

I bought a code to wash my car but it was out of order. They refunded my money, and I bought one for the automatic one. But the experience was not pleasant at all.

Nice food friendly staff, good car wash.costa and a good selection of hot or cold foods.

All the staff are great, fuel prices reasonable but some of the food items very expensive. 1.5 miles further on (if town center behind you) Sainsbury Express !!
