AV Car Care Ltd Hand Car Wash

Me and 7 of my mates have been going to this place for ages now at least twice per month, we liked the old staff, but the new staff is just rude, arrogant and just don’t wanna do their jobs properly. When I first arrived, was waiting for another car to be washed from outside, and when I saw the car in front move, I had just started the engine and all of a sudden one of the guys shouted “Oye move” and it was disrespectful in the least. I wanted to turn the car around right then but I was already getting late. Then when they started cleaning from inside, I left the floor mats in the trunk so it’s easier for them to reach the foot spaces to clean and also clean the mats, but, when the guy cleaned the trunks, he ignored half of the space in the trunk bcz the mats were there and didn’t clean it. Then I had to point out the mats, then he took the mats out, vaccumed it on the floor and when he was done with it, just left it on the floor and asked me to put it back in the car, and he didn’t ask nicely. ABSOLUTE SHAME, I paid £22 for that and will never be going there again. Don’t dance paying £22 for somebody to disrespect you and didn’t even get the job right. Me and my mates all felt the same way and congratulations, you’ve just lost 8 regular and loyal customers who’ve been coming to you for ages. DO NOT RECOMMEND (unless you wanna get disrespected). All 8 of us have found another car wash, cheaper and the guys over there are just gentlemens.

I live close enough to this place to be woke up every morning by the vacuums & noise. I always take all me cars there & every time I have to get them back in it to do it properly.. Today I took me car in & asked for (and paid £30 for) a proper job inside & out. I get it was Sunday & there was one car being washed behind me, 🙄 I had to take it back to them twice. Third time I drove up & grabbed the vacuum meself. Lad comes over & takes it off me & starts doing the bits they'd missed. Again. Meanwhile one of the other lads shouted to him "Get out of that car" - I really wanted, but refrained from, sticking the nut on him...so he finished again. Gets in, they hadn't done the door shuts. Never again will I take my cars there. You've lost a regular customer today, and made an enemy. So, don't go there. I usually go every week, £30 a time..There are better places to get your car washed, where they do a proper job, and don't get attitude cos they can't do their job properly... Avoid this place. Seriously. Currently wiping down all the door shuts & doors.. Appalling service.

They won't clean your alloys very well, I wouldn't recommend

Very poor customer service. Didn't wash the car properly and insisted I pay 28pounds for a car i usually pay 24pounds. When I insisted they took me 25pounds and told me never to.come there again as if I would ve bothered to come there again. Will never go there. Very u professional

I won't go back . They did not bother to clean it properly. I have attached a photo after I left there.

Took my car to get washed and cleaned outside and in, they left rubbish all in my car, streaks everywhere, barely cleaned the inside at all and then charged me full price. They were with my car for about 5 minutes, absolutely terrible job

Just got back. Very average job. Photos only from one side, rest speaks for itself. Guys looked disinterested in general. Looking for another spot for next time.

Great place to get your car washed and cleaned inside. Staff are always friendly and do a great job.

Wasted my time driving there on the 12/11/2025 at approx. 15:00. No one was there and their service was showing open in Google maps.

Very poor quality.. not worth bothering..

Absolutely appalling. Used to go here regularly but never again. Charged me £28 - £10 more than last time I went. Didn't even ask if I wanted the inside cleaning too. 10 minutes = £28, forget it. It's only a five seater medium size car. I think they make the prices up as they go along.

Wash car and inside little fuss.

Outrageous poor service and support from staff at car wash this morning. Leaving stuff around my wheels . They didn’t info me I need to pay by cash rude so called manager missed info me of price. Not even cleaned the car inside correctly . Over all shocking when I asked for prof payment wasn’t correct written. I wouldn’t go here again first time last time . Outrageous customer service and in my view very unprofessional staff
