Cherry Tree Hand Car Wash

I would not recommend! Arrived to book in for their most expensive car wash and the gentleman was very rude, I ignored the service received and still booked in as I had seen great reviews about the jobs they do. When I turned up for the day I booked in for no one was there and the car wash was closed. No communication from their side to notify me that they had closed for the day due to a tiny bit of rain. Poor service and you won’t be getting any money from me.

Is has become quite expensive for a hand car wash. I was expecting to pay £20 which I thought was a bit much and has gone up since I last used them for an inside and out job. When I went to pay I was charged £28 and when I said its ment to be £20 she said that £20 is for a small car. Although I do have Vauxhall Mokka it's a small/compact SUV and barely much bigger than a normal car. Its deffo too expensive to be getting done regularly. Especially as it's not always a perfect job. I had to ask for my inside door to be redone as there were still smudges all over it and the cup holders still werent completely clean at the bottom. Don't get wrong i know that everything is going up at the moment but I feel almost £30 for a car wash is a lot.

I’d recommend avoiding this place. The staff were quite rude, and they charge £25 just to clean the inside of a 7-seater car. You can find much better value elsewhere, with both interior and exterior cleaning available for around £28–£30.

They stole my partners debit card that was accidentally left in the car and change kept in the car when we had it cleaned as she couldn’t find her debit card or any change after. There were several transactions on same day we had it washed, around shops in same area as the car wash that we did not make.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for the dishonesty and lack of integrity. Who knows what else they could have taken from other people.

Price chart says £75 for full vallet but person in charge said it will be £250. When I questioned the pricing he was so rude. I finally got it done for £80 at IMO

Best car wash around thank you.

Terrible service. Asked for top option. Left dirt patches and when politely pointed out to them the attitude of the horrible little man was if you don’t like it go elsewhere! I will always address issues directly to give people chance to put it right but these guys just don’t care. Sloppy and unprofessional. Pity there’s no option for Xero stars as that’s what they gave.

Pretty good car wash, would advise visiting when it's quiet. Seems the busier they are the worse the job they do is. Had to point out to them that they'd missed two giant patches of dirt on my front windscreen.

Cherry Tree hand car wash is the best car wash I've been to in many many years. They washed and cleaned the car thoroughly. The staff were so polite and a great price too. Well done to the staff today.

3 years ago I gave a 5 star review, after going today a 2 star review is generous. The wash - missed half the car, patches everywhere, they ran a mit over the car as fast as possible, the poles they used to wash roof well it was a zig zag down the roof, half missed, had to wash again fully when got home. The dry, didn't lift boot, tickled the door shuts, missed half the roof. Inside, everytime I go now, I am told an hour wait yet only 2 cars there and one went very soon after I arrived. Price - £14 for just a wash or £28 for inside and out. 5 seater mini suv, no 4x4 yet still charge a bomb. In short, won't go back and definitely no longer recommend. Need to find another car wash now.

My go to car-wash, the guys there a quick and thorough at a reasonable price. I appreciated the offer of taking shelter in the office when I was caught out in the rain whilst having the interior done. Top work.
