SF Hand Car Wash

I chose the Premium package, and overall I was happy with the service. My car hadn’t been washed for a long time, so it was quite dirty. The result wasn’t absolutely perfect, and there were a few small areas that could have been cleaned a little better. However, the overall finish looked great, and the minor imperfections were acceptable to me. I think it’s understandable that a few small spots can be missed, even when you’re washing your own car. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They cleaned a lot of things I hadn’t expected them to, including the cup holders, cup mats, and even the boot liner that I use to protect the boot. Those little touches showed that they genuinely took care with the job instead of simply rushing through it. I also think the pricing is very fair for the quality of service provided. Overall, I had a positive experience and would happily use them again. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional car detailing service.

I had my car washed today. I am very disappointed with the result. Looks like new ownership as I didn't recognise any of the chaps. I won't be returning.

Above and beyond trustworthy people! I had left my wallet there and realised an hour later I had lost it. On the way to the place I contacted the company via Instagram. Owner Douyin was abroad and still contacted them on my behalf. Called me back to let me know his nephew had already left on his way to my house after checking the driving licence to return it. I was going crazy as I am on holiday tomorrow and it had all my holiday money, identifications and ticket! Honestly wonderful people and service! As a side note the car wash we had was great, they did such a good job it looked as it did when we took the car out. Quic, efficient as many cars came in but they were on it so barely traffic or waiting times. Brilliant job!

This is the best car wash i have attended in the Shirley area. The team are really friendly and are a mix of men and women which makes it a comfortable place to attend if us girls are on our own. I have a wrapped car which needs delicate washing and cleaning and they always respect that and treat it with the utmost care. Keep up the good work guys 👏

I use this car wash twice a week. I have 2 cars that are wrapped so I know these guys look after them and treat them well. I also bring my van here as they do such a fantastic job. The lads and the girls are extremely friendly, polite and hard working. If you want your car looking brand new at a great price then this is the place to come to 👌

Came across this place by chance while parking at the Regency Hotel car park and decided to give it a try. Honestly really impressed with the job they did. The car was properly cleaned inside and out, not just a quick rinse like some places do. They took their time and paid attention to the little details like the wheels and door shuts. The guys working there were friendly and it was nice not having to book in advance, just turned up and they got started. Prices seemed fair for the quality of the clean as well. If you’re around Solihull or passing through Stratford Road it’s definitely worth stopping by. I’ll be using them again.

I have just been to SF Hand Car Wash to have the Gold wash, which costs £30 for a medium vehicle. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I found that the valet was far below the standard I would expect. The images attached show various parts of the vehicle that have not been properly cleaned.
