Very disappointing experience. Their signage clearly advertises £15 for a "Wash and Dry" for a 7-seater MPV, which is what I have always paid in the past. Today, they tried to sneak in an extra £5 charge just for the drying part (which I had to argue to get refunded). To make matters worse, they refused to wash the roof of my Mercedes EQV 300, claiming the car is "too tall"—unless I paid another £10 hidden fee. If you advertise a price for a 7-seater, it should include washing the entire vehicle. Very poor service, be prepared to dry and wash extra when you leave. I won't be returning.

I went for the first time today and I can’t fault them. They didn’t ask me to post a review I wanted to specifically write one. They were all very polite and welcoming. When I get my car clean I’m used to having to go around the car and pointing out parts that have been missed. I didn’t have to do that at all, the attention to detail was as if it was their own car! My car came out looking immaculate and they helped remove some scratches I was worried about. The value for money and service will be the reason I will continue going there.

Great value... I just paid only £25 for a Gold's hand wash with full interior vacuum. Nothing to complain about at all 👍

Brilliant job

Went for a gold car wash today at around 12:15, reasonable wait time, typical car wash. However, interior vacuum was ok until they use spray paint on my carpets for whatever reason. Inside of car smells like paint and have to drive around with windows down at 10 degrees but still not getting the smell away.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Down the side of car seats not vacuumed and some sort of black spray sprayed on fabric foot well areas and very strong not nice smell!! Came here just after 12pm, it wasn't too busy - maybe 3 or 4 other cars being cleaned before mine. I went for the gold package clean, which included vacuuming - down the side of my seats did not get vacuumed at all and there was a few bits left in the cracks of my seats. There was a very strong smell in my car as I got in, I assumed this would fade and might have just been a cleaning product from the wheels - it still has not faded and actually gave us a headache while driving - the smell is similar to bbq lighter fluid. Later on I opened a drink in my car which splashed on the fabric area by footwear, so I wiped this and the wipe cake off black, I thought this was strange as the footwear in the back does not get used by anyone, i got another wipe and wiped a different fabric area in the back and that was also coming off black. So I assume the very strong smell is a product used to spray black fabric areas to make them look more clean than they actually are. Very disappointing as I shouldn't pay for a better package and not have things done which I am paying for to be done!

Visited SF valeting today just for a quick outside wash and dry, I must say that they did an amazing job, I will definitely visit again. The attention to detail was amazing, they made sure my car was looking spotless....one of the staff members noticed a scratch, so he used T-cut to try and remove it, which I thought was very nice of him.....I will definitely visit again... probably the best car wash I have been to.... Also got a free air freshener..... thank you!

They do a fantastic outside job of the car but the inside job isn't as good. Not too bad for 20 quid though.

HONEST REVIEW I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from this car wash came in for a 'gold package' I think k they really do need to re think their package names and what they represent because honestly it wasn't a gold package service and after I was complaining I was told I should've gone for the £180 or whatever it is for a car wash they've lost their minds. I would still expect to wipe minor stains in the backseat but no they were left I was literally licking my finger and wiping it myself absolute joke I will definitely will not be returning. In case they reply and say no one will do it for £25 I HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY FOR £25 AND THEY HAVE DONE WHAT U ASKED ... Don't waste your money unless you pay their ridiculous £150+ amount. Reply to below - I'm sorry? Whats a joke? this is what I was told 'I would need to pay for the higher service' to wipe minor stains and for a proper vacuum. Where as I can go elsewhere pay £25 and they actually do a proper professional job... what was a joke was the car clean.
