Been coming here for a while after a great recommendation, but unfortunately after nearly every visit, there are still parts of my car completely missed and dirty. The last time I went (yesterday), there were huge swirl scratches left on the bonnet which definitely weren’t there before. After returning the only solution was to book in for a bespoke polish service. A real shame..

I had my car washed here recently, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed with the result. After the car had fully dried, I noticed obvious water spots/water marks all over the bodywork, especially on the bonnet. I tried cleaning and wiping them off myself, but they would not come off. I understand water marks can sometimes happen after washing, but I would expect the car to be properly dried and checked before handing it back to the customer. The final result was not what I expected from a professional car wash service. I hope the team can look into this issue and improve the drying and finishing process.

Top quality valet everytime

Decided to use these yesterday, Excellent job! However, once outer job was done I parked on the front to get the inside cleaned. As soon as one of the girls started vaccuming the car, she had a face like a Bulldog chewing a Wasp and clearly cursing me in her native tongue. When it was finished I paid the £30 CASH! The staff member then advised me my car was so dirty that next time it would be £50! So going forward, I should wash and vac my car before offending this car wash in the future. £50 for a wash and vac, that you cannot pay by card. Going to the Asian wash and vac at the Goodies for £20 from now on. Whatever happend to Service with a smile?

We have visited this car wash for years now and always found it amazing, but today my husband was told the car would be £60 rather than the usual £30 AFTER they had already started cleaning it - giving no opportunity to change his mind! They all but forced him to go to the cash point and get out the extra money. The reason for charging extra was “dog hair” but we have both taken our cars there with dog hair in for 2 years and never been charged extra, and there was no extra dog hair than usual. We won’t be coming again.
