Do not recommend. Job that was done was less than satisfactory for the money that was paid. After trying to contact them and get the job sorted I was promised that they would come out and re-do the job which I am still waiting for (4 weeks ago). I asked for a partial refund so that I could go somewhere else and was told no, so I am now massively out of pocket because I have had to pay somebody else the same deal of money to complete the job to a satisfactory level. Very upset with the service and would hope that they don’t treat any other clients in the same kind of way.

Wouldn’t bother using this company. If only I had seen the previous review. Car was still dirty wash was sub standard and interior clean very poor. Cleaned the interior again afterwards myself. Had the gold valet nowhere near if you ask me, very poor for £135.00 tried to get hold for a refund but ignoring me now.

I dont normally leave reviews but on this occasion I had to. I seen all the negative reviews about this company but I thought I'd give it a chance, what a big mistake. The guy was sound but the quality of work was atrocious. Booked in advance but turned up 40 mins late. I had the Gold Valet which to be honest isn't worth the £190 I paid it was piss poor. I had a camera on my car so I could see what was happening. They spent at least 2 hours on the inside it wasn't even that dirty being a new car I had for a week. I get they shampooed the seats and floor but the after smell was horrible. There were marks on the roof lining but they were still there. I seen that they used antibacterial wipes for the interior clean down which I thought was odd why wouldn't a valeting business use proper cleaning products. I paid £190 for antibacterial wipes to clean my car what a joke. Oh they were also used on the glass aswell which left them smeared after a while. They didnt use microfiber clothes just clothes as the bits were left over my car afterwards. As for the outside, no snowfoam was used or machine polish to remove the minor scratches. It was basically a wash you get down the local car wash. They sprayed it wet and then used soap and bucket to clean the outside of the car, I didnt see them decontamination the outside or dress the alloys. Once the hand wash was completed they dried it with cloths. Apparently "ceramic coating" was applied but let's be realistic it was a spray bottle sealant because it only lasts 6 months i was told when I know for a fact it lasts longer. I don't like writing this but it pained me having to pay £190 because I dont know what I've actually paid for! Arrived late and took over 3 hours for a shotty job. They advised me to get it cleaned about every 6 weeks and they would do it for £30, so I dont know what I've paid £190 for!!! Gold valet??? Worth maximum £40 not what i paid absolute shambles I want my money back but that isnt going to happen so im out of pocket now. Disgusting. UPDATE: Had a reply from the company who says they would come back but id rather just some sort of refund but that was totally ignored. Caught him out by saying I had a camera watching the whole thing and tried to justify his cleaning which also led to him telling me he didn't snow foam as he had left the lance at a previous job, but didnt mention this and still took £190!! Shambles.

We arranged a full interior car clean, but reading previous reviews I am so glad didn't use their services. Today is the 2nd time they supposed to be here, understood weather has put them back, but to not even get call to say running late. Unreliable!! not professional way to run any business! I was recommended to this company, which makes it worse ☹️

Used Dan for the first time and was blown away with the results. Dan is passionate about his craft and very experienced. Dan took time to talk me through the cleaning and waxing process explaining each step and his reason for choosing the products he used to protect my car. The car looks amazing, possibly better then when it was in the showroom. The results speak for themselves. I recommend and support this local small business. I will be using Dan’s services again.

Ask the questions had quick response with all questions answered and booked in for the next day, amazing job literally could see such a difference main concern was on the inside of the car but it was cleaned and waxed on the out also every little detail covered , used elite few times now and never had any problems at all, fantastic prices great job couldn’t ask for more highly recommend

The only guys we use to valet our cars. Perfect every time. The car looks showroom fresh every single time and a super friendly service. New review- The service is still there but not up to the mark as expected. The work done was unsatisfactory to be honest.. Not worth the price as local mini detailing is almost same as this and costs way less. BTW Daniel (RIP) is no longer in the team now. Old review- Got my Lexus valeted and it turned out to be an awesome experied. Daniel is extremely professional and we got the service delivered with no fuss. The car was sparkling clean and was more like brand new and awesome work done in and out. Definitely a recommend for anyone who loves their car. Looking forward to book again.

Would not use again, damaged my car with cleaning items and would not take responsibility of it despite photo and video evidence. Had to spend £200 to fix the issue out of my own pocket, with no apology or help trying to fix the situation. Initial review detailing all this has been removed by the company, so I am rewriting the review. Reached out multiple times to come to a resolution.
