Hand Car Wash Valeting

Save your money & go to the car wash at Bannatyne Gym or Stratford Garden centre. This place exhibits poor business practice, poor product and an aggressive member of staff. Exterior: 3/5 Interior 1/5 I paid for a 'Gold' exterior and interior clean and both were really disappointing. Upon stating this a member of staff got really quite aggressive and threatened to call the Police (weird given I stated was going to pay in full). In fairness the other member of staff tried to rectify but by this point I had to leave. The other thing was the aggressive guy belittled the £40 spent (£5 higher than their hidden price list, bad service and I was ripped off)! £40 may not be a lot for this company but for 40 mins 'work' I would save your money and go elsewhere.

Come here today with a friend to get cleaned stopped off in Morrison to get lunch and noticed that there cleaning skills couldn't wash a cat treid to charge through the roof like it was the Hilton hotel absolutely shocking. No effort out in to it soal left over the wheels didn't clean proplely still patches over the car my nan could clean pots and pans better them

We got there an turned off the AC and then we came back after shopping and it was turned on.

This place is absolutely borderline scam. Was asked to pay £60 for a hatchback for "Platinum service" All done and dusted in less than 20 mins. Gave them the cash and got in the car I was off. drove 5 meters and noticed the smell of a petrol station in the car as well as steering wheel still had dirt and grease marks on it. Parked the car and told the 2 guys there "this is not a £60 job boys! Give me £20 back and I'll be on my way" to which I was told "You're not getting anything back mate, so you better **** ***! If not you'll get something else." Well isn't that some lovely customers service? While I was looking around the car one of the guys seem to be having a go at someone over the phone for giving him "this kind of job". I'm guessing it was the 3rd guy I spoke to who I think might have been from a dealership cause he drove off with a dealership plate and never came back. Anyway I'll leave a few pictures here and let you be the judge if this a "Platinum service" level. At one point I saw some spilled coffee on the runber floor mat and when I pointed it to them they just said that can't be cleaned. At which point I took the mat to the jet wash and 8-10 sec of jet ... Gone. Funny that. I'll be in contact with trading standards regarding this. So if by some miracle they're still operating while you're reading this. Just don't!

Paid £50 for in and out, in just 20 minutes of labour and would probably put it up there with one of the worst car washes, very poor detailing for such an expensive wash, there excuse, they don't have staff to do a proper job . Save your money find a better place for less money .

First time using this place and im quite disappointed. My wheels were still dirty and there were loads of dead fly marks still on my car which i even had to ask one of the staff to go over my wind screen again. Spent more time at home going over my car again myself then i did at that place..

Best hand car wash

They charged £30 for exterior cleaning and just vacuuming even though their ‘gold package’ offers more than that. No dash board cleaning, not picking up trashes, no side windows and windscreen wiping from the inside. Worst cleaning experience ever. I literally threw my money to the trash.
