£40 for an inside and out clean and they didn't hoover door pockets etc which would be part of a very basic clean. Wheels weren't dried, bodywork not dry.. same drying cloths used on all the cars. Same service but better finish at my old place for half what I paid here but as I have recently moved I thought I would try them. Won't be going back..

It's not what it used to be. My cars were gleaming when they came out of there, but now there's always something they miss and don't clean properly. My grandson dropped a lolly on the leather seats so I gave it a wipe and took it for a clean inside and out they only blacked 3 wheels didn't clean the dropped lolly smudge and when removing the mats to clean they must of yanked them that hard from rushing about they broke the ring clips pulled them out the carpet below and still no air freshener. I just think Alcester car was you get a lot more for your money

£20 for a poor wash, drove off to a meeting and when I come out I could see so many areas not cleaned, not even dried very well, total waste of £20. Better off using a car wash. I’ll drive past next time

The worst ever in the history of carwash. I paid £20 for a 5min job. They left my car dripping water, door panels not even cleaned like they where putting dirt in my car. I dont recommend these scammers

These guys did a decent job, used them for the first time today. Only had a outside full wash but still, I personally didn’t see anything like any of these other reviews are saying 🤷🏾 Anyway good lads, good job. Happy to use again!

They don't just wash your car, they give it a confidence boost. Mine left looking so good it was practically showing off in the supermarket car park. Great service from a friendly team.

Quoted £40 (price for large vehicle) even though mine medium. When I asked why this is, was told because car is dirty!!??

New staff, 3 months ago. They improved on the last. Definitely More efficient. Shami Drying needs a little more efficiency on squeezing the water out before finishing the job. But very good now

AVOID!! Wasn’t planning on writing a review but had a message this morning saying they weren’t going to pay for the damage they caused my car.. Took my car here to be washed, the two boys rushed it and wasn’t taking much care, one of the dropped the jet wash on my car leaving a scratch and a dent on my doors. Said they’d pay for it 2 months later now saying they’re not gonna pay. Absolutely ridiculous, even said “ Shameless for an English people” doesn’t even make sense?? So rude!! Don’t risk taking your car here because it’s not worth it. My car wasn’t even that clean after.

10/10 service - always happy with my car afterwards!
