As always a fantastic service at waves car wash in south wigston. Friendly bunch of guys who work so hard and do an amazing job. No corners cut, the car always looks amazing when they have finished.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at South Wigston Hand Car Wash. I’ve been coming here regularly to wash my car, but the quality has consistently been poor. The car is never cleaned properly there are still visible dirt marks, missed areas, and streaks left behind after the wash. What makes it worse is the attitude. The staff have been rude and dismissive when I’ve raised concerns, which is unacceptable, especially as a repeat customer.On top of that, charging over £25 for a service that isn’t even done properly is unreasonable. For that price, I expect a thorough clean and professional customer service not rushed work and poor behaviour.Sadly, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve both their service quality and customer care.

My car is pretty big, a 7 seater. I have a dog that molts constantly and a teenager! It was very dirty, shamefully so. The guys were amazing, my car is spotless both inside and out. Very pleased with the result.

Best car wash around! We come from Kibworth once a month, and they always do such a good job! Car looks unreal each time we get it back and is done whilst we shop! Highly recommend!

Very poor and very expensive compared to other carwashes. Waited ages for the car to be cleaned, was dirty when finished and at a cost of £13 for a basic wash for a small car is daylight robbery. Avoid at all costs.
