Proper car people and an unreal finish!!!! Honestly couldn't be happier with the team at Topaz Midlands. I brought my all-black Range Rover Sport in for a complete colour change, and what they’ve handed back looks even better than factory Velocity Blue. You genuinely cannot tell it’s a wrap, the edges are spot on and there isn't a single trace of the original black paint showing anywhere. What really sold me on Topaz outside of their reputation is just how genuine the team is. From my first chat with Mits, right through to picking it up from Peter and the workshop team, the whole process has been brilliant. They casually have supercars sitting in the bay every single day, but you could tell they were genuinely excited to show off how my Range Rover turned out. Proper craftsmen and an excellent experience from start to finish. It definitely won't be my last vehicle with Topaz!

After purchasing my new BMW M5, I decided to have it protected with a full satin PPF by Topaz. The experience was seamless from the start—they collected the car directly from the dealer via enclosed trailer before I even took delivery myself. ​The standard of work is truly outstanding. The finish is so precise that you honestly wouldn’t know the film is on the car, I constantly have people asking if the satin look is a factory-special paint color! ​When I later decided to add a carbon fibre kit to the build, I reached out to Craig, who handled my original project. He was able to get the carbon fibre work completed during my scheduled two-weekly inspection wash. It was perfect timing, as I had a Nürburgring trip coming up, and it gave me total peace of mind knowing the new parts were protected and still fully backed by their Topaz warranty. ​I have to say, this company and Craig in particular is one of the most professional and accommodating teams I’ve ever had work on my vehicles. They take quality standards and customer care to a whole new level. If you are looking for perfection, look no further.

I recently bought my dream car, a 911 GT3 Touring and, faced with multiple bad experiences in the hands of so called master detailers in the past, I was anxious about embarking on yet another potential expensive mistake. I sought quotes from a number of companies big and small based purely on the reviews posted here, Trust Pilot and Facebook. I chose Topaz Midlands primarily based on the incredible customer focus demonstrated by Mits. He prepared a quote promptly and exhibited some remarkable patience around delivery dates which seemed to fluctuate daily… The quote was fair, certainly cheaper than an OPC. I opted for full coverage, Halo and interior protection. MITs met me on delivery day at the dealership and arranged covered transport to Topaz Midlands. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable spending time to look over my previous 911 and pointing out the mistakes made by the detailing company I had used. This was an eye opening experience for me as MITs explained how and why the mistakes had been made and why a Topaz car wouldn’t have them; impressive. Five days later and my car was ready. I’ve got to say that I am mighty impressed with the result. The PPF is pretty much imperceivable and the car just popped. MITs promised perfection and he truly delivered. I would rate the handover as a level above that of the main dealer, nothing was too much trouble. I even got a brief tour of the of the other erotica in the workshop. I came away and purposely waited over a week before writing this review so as not to be tainted by the excitement of the new car. Yesterday, I took the car out of the garage and examined it with a fine tooth comb. Not a single flaw. In conclusion, brilliant experience, great company, excellent workmanship and amazing customer focus, thank you guys.

I can only give Topaz Midlands 5 stars. They've been welcoming, helpful, courteous and professional throughout the whole process from quote to delivery. The final result also speaks for it self, the car came back better than in showroom condition with PPF neatly applied, and ceramic coating, the photos don't do it justice. They went the extra step and tidied up some already existing ppf and even removed a dent while the car was there. Hence, the 5 stars. I wish I could give them more, the team was absolutely stellar, mainly Mitun Parmar, who handled the process from start to finish and made sure nothing was missing. Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely go to them again in the future.
