Waves Hand Car Wash Swan Centre Yardley

I have visited this place three or four times before, and they always did a great job while maintaining a high standard of service. However, my visit today was very disappointing. I chose the premium package, but the quality of the work was below average. I am not even sure whether the exterior wax coating was applied properly. Some areas, especially the windscreen, back cabin door were not even cleaned well. I am truly disappointed with today’s service, and I may not return again. Thank you for the good service you provided in the past, and I hope you continue to maintain your usual standards and quality.

Level of depth in the cleaning process is insane . Came to pick up my Honda S2000 after having it for years and trying to restore it again , these guys made it look near enough brand new. Inside is day and night difference. Auto glym products so i know it was a legit process. Pictures of before and after were shown during the clean. Highly recommend and will be coming back and definitely uploading more photos next time around as i didnt get the chance this time. Highly appreciated !!

A group of scammers took 100£ cash for a mould treatment and detailing but did nothing at all other than washing my car. Asked me to leave my car for the whole day and I did. When I went there to pick up I found they just left my car untouched. When I arrived there they started rushing and somehow finished it. When I asked them to scan clubcard they refused saying the machine is broken. They refused to take card payments as well. Very disappointed with the service. Would not visit again for sure.

If I could give more stars I would! I’ve been here twice now, with very difficult jobs for them to do and each time they’ve done an amazing job!! The only car wash that actually spends time and effort to get the job done properly and always go above and beyond, with so much respect and honesty too! My car looks brand new again! Very very happy customer! Thank you so much again, can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing service, precision detailing these guys doing this with pure love and passion. My car had mould all in the back nd around the seatbelts now it’s all gone nd treated fresh nd clean. My headlights woulda had an MOT failure too! never seen em so bright.

Best place to take your car in Birmingham. Don't look or go anywhere else. Ali is a top guy. Will definitely return and can't recommend them enough!!!

Had my car done today they recommended the platinum as it hadnt been done in months cant recomend it enough my car looked like it was brand new when it was finished amazing job thankyou

paid a £15 deposit by card for a full valet at this Waves Car Wash location, with the booking scheduled for 27 March. I cancelled the appointment in advance and requested a refund as the service had not taken place. Unfortunately the staff refused to refund the deposit and instead offered a credit note. I was also told I must bring my physical card to the machine to process a refund, which I understand is not necessary for card refunds. I have now had to escalate this through my bank and report the issue to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards. I hope management can review this and resolve the situation properly.

Genuinely lovely people and did a brilliant job on washing my Land Rover

I just had my car washed and valeted cost me £30.00 brother if your reading this it was a BMW 5 Series (J90) number plate. The car in an out was immaculate however I've just realised the boot was not touched so was still very messy. For £30 I would've expected it to be vacuumed and cleaned. The child seats wasn't taken out and that seat is still dirty. I don't understand why it took 2 hours and nothing was cleaned. The brother sold me the dream but didn't deliver. Won't be using again

Car taken in for a paint repair to rear bumper!! Excellent matching work on paint that had been ‘chipped away & scratches’ ! Where all then blended in with Omer & Ali’s attention to detail & excellent finish on the polishing of paint work! I then decided to add the Ceramic Finish to the Car bringing it up to Sales room standards for the first time! Use regularly for an excellent wash & polish! Can’t be more pleasant & helpful always explaining what is available & best for your Car! VISITED AGAIN JULY 14th 2026 Car sitting on driveway while enjoying a Holiday & in this really HOT 🥵 Weather!! Baked crust dust like effect on the roof which Ali cleaned off & did a wonderful service over the whole exterior & interior!! Really given a 5 Star treatment just so attentive to the work undertaken!! Thank you & would strongly recommend!! Much appreciated 👍

Today I was served by Omer, who cleaned and performed stage 1 paint restoration, and the effect is astonishing! He took his time and treated it like his own, absolutely amazing job. Definately will be coming back and would recommend to anyone who loves to be treated with love and care!
