I had the Gold package and they didn't clean the driver's door, coffee had fallen on the armrest and the passenger seat and they didn't clean it, otherwise everything is fine

The car wash owners should realize that they are gonna lose a lot of customers because of the Romanian guy(I do not know his name). My first experience was last year and it was ok. The second time was few months ago and that guy was not doing his job properly and left the doors uncleaned so his colleague had to do the job for him. Today was my third and worst experience. I asked for (Silver) which is £23. But the same guy opened my car's rear door then said we take £30 because it is DIRTY! I said yes it is dirty that is why I am here (It was not even that dirty it just needed a hoovering). Then he called his colleague Yousif and I heard when he said to Yousif tell him £30 and you could tell that Yousif was shocked and unhappy but then both said ok we can do £28(Gold). I said I am asking for (Silver) not (Gold) and this is not my first time here, I was always getting Silver and it is £23. Then the same guy said no it has to be Gold £28 and I said I do not want the Gold I am not gonna pay £28 then he said ok go! so I had to leave without getting my car washed. I do not recommend them at all, there are other car wash nearby, this one is total waste of time and money with terrible customer service and bad attitudes.

I’ve just had my car valeted, it’s was really dirty inside and out , they have made it look like brand new I highly recommend them and also very reasonable

Waste of time and money, and people are mad wasting their money by over loading them, they left soap on the car, just wash which can be done for £4 and charged £8 .

The best car wash the best chemical best polish when you take namber 4 is platinum with polish is extra coat-it hydrophobic coating free extra. With this 2 coating and polish together you car stay very clean and the body of the car no need for one year

This is the first time I used this centre and it was a very disappointing service from them. The staffs who done inside the car were least bothered to do their job. I had to point them many times to get the job done and I felt like they done it for name sake. But they were in a hurry for the payment. I never recommend this centre to anyone.

Just get washed from there. Unfortunately, bird poo still there, very disappointed.

The people here are incredibly rude, and none of the staff are courteous. They seem more focused on washing as many cars as possible rather than doing a proper job. When I pointed out that the rims and door panels weren’t cleaned properly, the staff argued with me and were very disrespectful. Even the owner came over and said that cleaning thoroughly would waste their time. I recommend finding another car wash where they actually listen to their customers. I will never use their services again.
