The guy has broke my reverse camera and start blaming me that I didn't told him. There is a camera fix on my back of the car.lolzz Please avoid them They're not gonna compensate if they do some major damage to your car. Apart from the says, okay, the car wetting is free. Which is fifteen pound.

Do not go to this place was asking for £50 to clean the car. Also, scratched my car, I told them just clean outside £7 , but later charged me £8. Definitely would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hand car wash. I paid for my car and my wife's car to be cleaned and dried, and the standard of work on both vehicles was well below what I expected, especially with the high prices they were charging. There was still visible dirt and dust in multiple areas, and it felt like the job had been rushed rather than properly completed. What made the experience even worse was that important items from inside our cars were thrown away without our permission. This included charging cables and premium car air fresheners that were still in use. There was absolutely no reason for these items to be discarded, and no one asked before removing them. When you leave your vehicle with a business, you expect your belongings to be treated with care and respect. Instead, we were left with poorly cleaned cars and missing accessories that now need replacing. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone who values attention to detail or expects their personal belongings to be respected.

A very good hand car wash, the guys try to wash the car thoroughly, dry it and oil the tires, when I got to know this place, I only wash my car there

Took in my company Van to wash and paid via the fleet Gowash app. Overall the was was good bit they didn't bother to clean the top of the van where the solar panels is situated for the EV auxiliary battery, and the parts they washed they used a broom rather than washing by hand with a mitt as I witnessed them using on other vehicles

Very bad experience i just done my car work from workshop and just very small spot of black oil on my car bumber the worker wash the car and not clean the black spot he said he will charge 15 pound ectra and rain is outside not dry the car as well i will not recommend

I just got robbed 7pound for a 3min hoover which you could easily do in your drive and better for that price and service i would 100% avoid

Extremely disappointed because they didn't wash the car properly. Stains can be seen after wash. I did mini valet and they didn't wash my floor mats. Car wasn't dried properly after washing. Not going again

I went with my brother to wash his small car, and at first one of the workers said it would be £15. But then the so-called boss came and suddenly raised the price to £25. Before, I had taken my sister’s car, which is also small and even dirtier, and they only charged me £15. It didn’t make sense. With my own car, which is bigger, they charged £18, so how is it possible that for my brother’s small car it was £25? My brother saw the prices they had displayed, and he was asking why it was £25 when the sign said £15, and why the first guy said £15 and then the other £25. The man just replied that since he is the boss, he can set whatever price he wants. But my brother kept saying that was not fair. My brother only wanted to understand why the price had changed and why the man was acting that way. Instead, the man started threatening him with the water hose, acting very aggressively

Today I took my small car and they wanted me to pay 25 pounds for a wash and vacuumed and everything, the person who said he was the owner or supervisor became rude and aggressive with us because we told him that the price was very exaggerated for a very small car, he left this here to realise that this place is not worth going, there are places that charge you 15 pounds for a small car not 25, very bad attention, TERRIBLE, I will never go again in my life

UPDATE: They seem to have new owners and car wash standards don't seem to have imrooved. Also basic car was now is £7!!! When they opened 2+ years ago they were good, now their useless like every other car wash. They don't snowfoam your car properly, only spray on your windows. They rush the cleaning and at times they miss spots. I have tried them recently a few times just to give them the benefit of the doubt but I won't be returning, as they keep making basic mistakes. Bring back old workers/owners they were good
