Very unprofessional not sure weather these guys know what theyre doing broke two of my pipes on my engine bay fixed them back with sellotape very unprofessional and was over charged for the work went back multiple times and they refused to fix what they broke, would not recommend stay away cow boys.

Best mechanics in Birmingham. As a Driving Instructor it’s important for me to be confident my car is safe and reliable, to get it back on the road as soon as possible and to ensure any repairs and maintenance doesn’t eat into my livelihood. These guys ticked all those boxes and made a really stressful time for me a lot easier with the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service they provided me at a very fair price. I will never take my car anywhere else now!

Feels like a place that relies on bluff, pressure, and hoping customers don’t know enough to argue back. If you value your money, your car, or basic honesty — take it somewhere else.

Worst Garage ever been to.When i was booking my car with them at that time the guy named Adam was like we will give you guarantee of our work for a year we do the best work and this and that just so that i can book my car with them.Got the work done and when i got the car back they did a really really bad paint job and on messaging he told me it just needs polish and i will book your car soon and after that been messaging and calling him for a while.One day he turned up to me and goes to me its 2 months now its not our headache.Thats how they treat the customer after they get the money. Paintjob was full of dust particled and laquer dripping signs as well.Please don't go to them.

The prices were very fair, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell anything. Poor service. Brakes failing after discs and pads changed. Most likely the calipers becoming loose while changing. Explained this many times as this has happened to me on previous cars, where all they need to do is tighten it. Im not a mechanic, even i know the brake pads will never cause the hydraulics of the brakes to fail. After checking the guy found the back driverside wheel not braking after hitting the brakes. He then re-did that wheel again. I appreciate mistakes happen, but felt like at first they were fobbing me off with bogus reasons like you need to drive over 100 miles after disc and pads changed and keep pumping the brakes, which was a load of rubbish. Also saying the discs are not correct size and also said this was due to pads being of cheap quality. This was not true. Im not a mechanic but im pretty sure pads have nothing to do with the hydraulics of the brake, this most likely the calipers not put on correctly or becoming loose when changing. Just to make things worse another staff at the place, was getting rude and talking about me in his own language saying put my old pads on and saying I need to get out their garage. Very unprofessional service. Fair play to the guy, who did fix it afterwards But im a paying customer, you can't be getting upset with me just because I returned saying there was a fault. I only left this review because of the 2nd guys attitude and talking rudely in his own language about me.

My head lights were replaced instantly and my tyres were sorted free of charge. They always go out of their way to help me sort out my car- genuine sincere people with excellent customer service.

After using these guys 3rd time I can say I am very happy with the service and repair work on my car 4 other garages couldn't fix my car and these guys done it in few hours thanks lads keep the good work up

Highy recommend these guys, not only are they very polite and knowledgeable but they also take the time to explain /talk through and show you what they are doing. They have also saved me a fortune, as another local garage were advising a lot of work&money would be needed to sort a problem I had with a very strong smell of petrol coming from my vehicle whenever the heating system was turned on, which actually all started days after that previous garage had done a job, unrelated to the heating system. The guys at Tyseley Autos took a look at this for me whilst servicing it for me, and it turned out that this previous garage had actually soaked my air filter with break fuild, causing the smell/issue in the first place. The mechanics at Tyseley Autos were awesome and sorted this out at no extra cost whilst completing the service. These guys are genuine and very honest, with all work been done to the Highest of standards. I would never, ever trust, taking my car anywhere else again, especially when the safety of me and my family is 100% the most important thing ever. Thank you again for the great service. I wish I could give you more stars. You guys deserve all the recognition for the great job/service you give. 🌟 🤩

I had a Chrysler Sebring with worn brake pads and a seized caliper. I called Saj, who was very helpful. They sorted my car within a couple of hours of calling. Great service guys, I will be using their services again.
