Scrubs car wash

As a women I would never go there again I was harassed and the creep as me for my number this is not how you run a busniess. The guy kept looking at me and never clean the car was more dirty then it was. AViOD I am using my sons phone How rude for a busniess to say someone trying to tarnish your busniess. If you treated your customer right noone would be complaining our money does not come we work hard for it.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Scrubs Car Wash. The staff seemed rushed, and my car still had dirt and streaks after the wash. I expected much better for the price. I won't be returning.Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. When I pointed out that parts of my car hadn't been cleaned properly, my concerns were dismissed instead of addressed. Not the experience I was hoping for.The wash itself was average, but it didn't feel worth the cost. There were still bugs on the front bumper and water spots on the windows. I've had better results elsewhere for less money."The owner was unprofessional and didn't seem interested in resolving customer concerns.The staff came across as rude and inattentive. Customer service needs significant improvement.I felt the owner was dismissive when I raised an issue, which was disappointing.The staff seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail.Communication from both the owner and staff could have been much better.I didn't feel valued as a customer. The interaction with the owner and staff left a poor impression.I had my tyre replaced here, but it didn't even last a month, which was very disappointing. I expected a reliable replacement for the price I paid. The quality of the tyre was poor, and the overall service did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.The tyre they provided was worn out and of very poor quality.I was disappointed with the quality of the tyre—they gave me a damaged or defective tyre.

Be careful...they charge different rates at their own will. I asked why was I not told before washing...the guy didn't care and said we had to use a different chemical....Open robbery. The guy was very rude in his responses and I'm a very patient guy...it was a new guy chubby with glasses. Not impressed at all!!! and he didn't even clean it properly...pic attached Just to add to your response: "We do not charge extra at our own will we tell the Customer before hand that the price will be different from what’s displayed…" - My response to you is: Have some fear of Allah and i pray that Allah guides you - as you are lying out your teeth - My car was washed in the same way it always is - but i suppose its easy when you are doing it on a regular basis and judging by other reviews its a common occurence. This is how you prepare for the afterlife...shame on you!!!!

They do a great job washing the car . However they charge different rates for the state of the car. I wish I could get it vacuumed aswell but they're always busy so nowhere to wait in line.

Charged me £7 for a wash which is bit expensive for a bmw x1 its £5 down the road, once the wash was done I checked it and there where bits of dirty all over the car when complained the guy just gave a dirty look I just felt like popping his eyes out at the end they did jet it down , was a regular there not anymore

WORSE CAR WASH IN BIRMINGHAM. THE WORKERS ARE PREVERTS LIKE THEY HAVENT SEEN A WOMEN BEFORE. GUYS ASKING ME FOR MY NUMBER TOLD HIM DO YOUR JOB BUT KEPT ON HARASSING. CAR WAS MORE DIRTY AFTER I WASHED IT. NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY

Firstly, the guy washing my car used a brush on the front of my car and had light scratches all over the front. Once i got home and the car had dryed it was soo filthy i had to wash it again. They dont clean them properly anymore used to be a good car wash terrible now. Just to add they tried to charge me 7 pounds when its a 5 pound wash.

Don't go here. They overcharge, and don't do the job. I had to clean again myself the car .

Car wash was good, but stole my aux cable adapter and broke latch for my seat to rotate

I’ve been coming here for years for a wash (not always great) recently decided to have a interior clean, this is my second time having the interior cleaned and they didn’t even bother hoovering the back as you can see from the picture

Charged so much for engine clean and didn't even clean the car nor did they clean the engine properly. Not recommended at all

There prices are going too high, I have Toyota CHR all the other car wash charge £5 these lot £7, Never Again . Not Recommended!!

Highly recommended as this is not my first time coming to this cars wash, all my family uses it and we are all satisfied with the work provided, Cheap and cheerful 😊
