Great station as usual with BP, unfortunately with this one some of the staff are very rude

Petty seems to have everything you need including cashpoint free to use. Recently bought a fanta bottle drink from here as it was evening time didnt check it properly but next day I looked and half the flavouring is stuck to the side of the bottle. Checked the date and its out of date by 2 days. Not major but considering it was full price and misleading I wonder what else expired products they have for sale in a mainstream BP Pumping station!

Rude abusive staff

I always use this petrol station and the car wash on site. I generally use the £6 option at the car wash. I went on Thursday and selected the £6 option as usual. Then all of a sudden the machine switched to the £18 option as I saw on the screen. I went to go and stop the machine and it did stop but proceeded to charge me £18. And I can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back. I feel as if I've been scammed.

Great petrol station! The shop is big and always has good offers and promotions. The car wash and jet wash work really well, and the air machines are easy to use. What makes this place the best is the staff ,they are always friendly and quick to help if anyone has trouble with the jet wash or anything else. Customer service is excellent. Definitely the best place to go for fuel, car wash and a quick shop.

Says opens 24 hours and closing inside at 9:50pm. Not exactly 24 hours then is it? Switching off lights inside whilst customers are still in the store - make it clear that it’s not in fact open 24 hours

Good facilities for car charging rapid charging point

Just returned home from this garage, very upset! I stayed in the car as I usually do at this garage, and my partner went to the pump, he was waved in by the older asian man with a beard and told he had to pay first, he said he can only let people that he knows and family fill before paying, (we have never had this issue before!) meanwhile the car next to us was allowed to put fuel in the car without paying first, he had someone in the car with him also, my partner spoke to the other man in the car next to us and he also thought this was strange, I am a white woman and my partner is black, the man in the other car was not, we felt racially discriminated against, I will not be using this place again!! Never had a problem with other staff.
