I love this carwash very affordable great selection of washes and good service cleaners. Need a car valeting the job is carefully done and looks as good as new. Avoid weekends and evenings as the wash gets very busy as its popular.

Poor poor service. Avoid. Seven Kings and Rainham branches have way more professional staff and much higher service level

Good, however the drying pads/ function was not working, but was charged the full price.

Absolute rip off. I paid 33 pound for a mini valet. They did not do the matts they didn't take care of the windows properly leaving hard water marks and also did not even wipe the back windows. And the staff the blonde haired guy was so rude and the guy that did my car was rude also. So I would steer clear people. Its not a 1 off as I have had issues before. Also when I complained the imo people said its not down to them lol

Took my car today in Rainham one of the tall Romnaian guy he said I'm manager he was rude telling me I Did wrong comments from name zaid which is not me I cannot make google fake account only when u send comments it's going from ur save google if which is shows u ur name he refused my car without any reason start argue I was feeling embarrassed in front of other customers he was very rude swearing in his language not good can plz customer service take serious Action against this guy also plz my name is waqas

Friendly staff and a nice, clean car every time they finish. The price is fair. However, avoid paying with the QR code, always pay via POS instead, as it’s cheaper. I enjoy and love my car more after every wash.

I went to wash my car today (05/12/2025) after Friday prayer. That particular Guy taking the payment provided no nonsense customer service. His attitude was like I’m not welcomed here because I use 50% off coupons. For your information, I get my car washed 2-3 times a week. This grumpy Man would destroy any business what so ever by just showing his rude face let alone his arrogance and attitude. IMO not anymore.

Looks cheap from the outside but when you actually go in they charge a lot more for inside clean. The car wash generally is below average I would recommend a normal hand car wash rather than this place

Machines aren’t the best, left dirt on the bonnet and water marks around the car. Much prefer hand car wash.
