Clean AF Car Detailing and Valeting

I recently acquired a Mercedes CLS which was in very good condition and in a rare colour combination of hyacinth red metallic, which was a Designo option at extra cost, with Crystal Grey leather and carpets, again another rare and costly item . The car was fitted with some very useful options and had obviously cost its original owner a good deal above the standard list price. Given its spec and overall condition I wanted to make sure it looked absolutely mint to match its refurbished AMG diamond cut wheels. Having seen examples of Ashley’s work online, I asked him to come and look at the car to advise the best approach; I especially wanted his opinions on the number of badly touched in stone chips on the bonnet and front end. Ashley was extremely helpful and was able to come out and look the car over the same day that I spoke to him on the phone. His recommendation was to take it to local company Bromsgrove Body Repairs and ask them about painting the front end. This I did and they resprayed the bonnet, front end and blew this into the front wings such that I couldn’t see any paintwork had been done. I then took the car over to Ashley’s workshop where he had the car for three days, giving it a thorough clean, a stage 2 paint correction, removal of swirl marks etc., full machine polish, engine bay detail and full interior valet; he even polished the piano black trim so it resembled a mirror. Finally the car was given a ceramic coating which would last for three years and make keeping it clean in future much easier. The end result was a car that would not have looked out of place in a Mercedes showroom and I can say quite conclusively that I have never owned such an immaculate vehicle and over the course of my driving career I’ve owned about twenty five. I can highly recommend CleanAF and the work done by Ashley to anyone who has pride in their vehicle and wants it to look its best. He has a complete and thorough knowledge of the processes required to get the most out of any car, van or truck. Ashley provided updates when I checked in with him and my car was locked up safely each night; he is also a thoroughly amenable and professional young man and I shall have no hesitation in having my partner’s car undergo the same treatment as my CLS.

Ash did an excellent job of cleaning up my Passat. I purchased the car used from a local VW dealership, they introduced swirl marks all over the car during preparation. After a lot of to and fro with the dealership and seeing their working practice first hand, I decided to cut my losses and asked Ash to see if he could sort it out. Ash was careful and took his time, after a single stage machine polish and ceramic coating the car looks excellent. Completely transformed and very pleased with the results. I would definitely use Ash again and highly recommend his work.

Quick answers to my query and got an appointment very quickly. On time, polite and did a very thorough deep clean of the interior of the car and changed the cabin air filter - he even washed up his own coffee mug - his mum will be proud :) Highly recommend.
