This is the noisiest place I've ever known I am a local resident the noise is unbearable at times if this continues I will contact HWCC noise pollution team if found to be to noisey I hope will close it down

This Petrol station doesn’t even deserve a one star, I’ve come across to being served by one of their staff members, his name is Parthi, he was rude and cocky, from now onwards, I will never use this petrol station even if this is my nearest one.

Great petrol station and 24 hour shop. Very clean and great staff. Auto car wash, plus 2 self service wash bays and Valeting bay. Post locker facility and laundromat.

Friendly staff.

Stopped here to fill the Safefil gas bottle, very pleasant staff.

Urban filling station plus the usual shop. One of the few stations selling lpg in the area.

Amazing place! Az the manager helped us out with our car when it needed an oil change. Great customer service, literally saved us from a breakdown. Thank you!

The cashiers are the most ignorant rude people I've ever met, but today was the worst. Always feels like they dont like women. Today, not even a smile, let alone a Hello, barely spoke at all except to say 'number 3" then just thrust the card machine at me to pay for my diesel, and then no thank you or even a cursory nod! It's nothing to do with language as I've heard them talk to male customers many times. I try to give the benefit of the doubt as we all have off days, especially in retail, but this is not the first time this has happenef and I definitely will not use again.

If you go here in the daytime the service is spot on however when it comes to after hours the service is absolutely horrendous… the staff they have on barely speak English, most things you ask for takes several attempts before they return with the correct item… for example, I asked for a can of dog food and they brought me 4 cans of dark fruits, when I asked for 2L of Fanta twist they brought me 2 small bottles and had an attitude because they had to go back and change what they’d picked up. If there was anywhere else open after pub/club chuck out I’d go there. I’m surprised that a multinational company employs such people. If you can go somewhere else please do yourself a favour and go there.

Dropped in this morning for petrol Friday 3rd Nov. Went to pay to swipe my card didn't work I asked the cashier why its not working four times he never answered me. Most arrogant obnoxious price of work. Don't trust them will find somewhere else to get my petrol slimey rat.

No LPG, not had any for 3 weeks, cashier has no idea when any coming in.

Been taken over by new management. They failed to scan my parcel correctly so no tracking information loaded on my vinted account. Vinted refunded the buyer and I lost out £18 and a pair of shoes .

Just been to use their yodel drop off service to be greeted by a very rude cashier. He saw that I had a few parcels and when I needed their printing service, which the yodel service states they have, he grunted that it’s “not working” and brushed me off to attend to the man behind me. I won’t be using their store for petrol again.
