Northfield hand car wash

Been going for four years . Whole family use it & friends of mine. I’ve never had such a bad experience. The car was filthy after clean, not just a little but very dirty. I was asked for another £5 for my seats to be wiped down bearing in mind ide paid £15 Then he said we don’t do windows inside that’s also extra To make things worse he walked away and refused to do any more Never again 😡

Been there a few times, quality of work is really poor. If it’s a standard wash they do ok. Don’t bother with anything more. Any valet service and inside clean option is a sham. Really poor quality of work. You will end up cleaning yourself.

I paid for a full valet service, but I was disappointed to find that several areas of my car were not properly cleaned. The boot, corners near the door, certain sections of the dashboard, and a few other areas were left untouched. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to check the car thoroughly when I collected it because I had to rush to work. However, now that I have experienced their service, I have decided that I will not be returning. This was the worst full valet I have ever received, and it feels like a waste of money.

Shame really, they washed the car as normal, but didn’t use the Smart wax as advertised, when cleaning the inside of the car, somehow they managed to knock off and break an air freshener which was clipped into the vent, and then leave it on the floor, also they managed to break the sounding cover on my satnav, which was also left hanging out. Pretty annoyed , some of the car wasn’t washed, still dirty, so for that, I won’t be going back 👍

Had outside of my car washed and found multiple scratches on the car because of the brushes used. I would never recommend this car wash

I have just paid £40 for a valet on my car and there is alot of paint now missing from my front bumper and I only realised now I'm home.

Save your money, £25 clean not done properly, tried to upsell to £40 to polish the door openings as would be done previously. Car still looks dirty didn’t appear fresh . Do not go here at all, I will go mailbox instead and pay them £50 for a proper service? Haven’t got time for poor service.

Very poor, recently put prices up to cover refurbishment of site, £25 for a mini valet of a medium sized car was not impressed, had to finish outside myself as they missed loads, inside windows very streaky, was told there was nothing they else they could do, strange as I managed to clean them properly when I got home, if you're going to charge top prices then the job should match it, sadly not the case

Brilliant car wash, and the site is clean generally Well organised team of cleaners/washers Minimum charge for wash and dry but worth it

Keeps my car clean and nice staff Just wondering if currently it’s still open as I have drove to get my car washed and it wasn’t open which makes the google page a little misleading

Excellent and thorough service at reasonable price, no moaning about car being too dirty or anything like that. They just cleaned the car thoroughly with care. Highly recommend

Says open until 7 but arrived and was told they only open until 6

Used to clean really good but now not as good..i just noticed my petrol flap open now after having a wash and it now won't close and they didn't say nothing to me about it after trying to close it back before I got in my car. Wow!!! U really look after your customers cars!!😒 won't be going back. 2 weeks later update..noone has got back to me I've been back to the car wash numerous of times ti speak to the manager but kept getting told to come back this day, and that day burning my fuel being let down. I went today and was told the manager will call me today within next 10 or 30 mins they've had my phone number for about a week and noone had called back today at all so I will take legal proceedings now as this car wash has damaged my vehicle and none has shown me any good customer service after going there many years I will sue!! They have had time and I've been patient driving around for 2 weeks with my petrol flap open. AVOID!! THEY DONT CARE FOR YOUR CAR WHILE CLEANING AND WONT FIX OR PAY FOR THE DAMAGES.!

My car looks clean. If you're after a wash and go you can't moan. Just a shame the guy cleaning my door sils must've been blind. Still very dirty unfortunately. Edit, tried it again after a year and their rebrand. Still the same. Guy doing door sills not doing their job properly and now it's £12 for a wash. Save your money and go elsewhere.
