Slow to drop fuel prices compared to other petrol stations nearby. Car wash is pricey.

wanted to use my bp points but they don't take them there how stupid if they give you the points but you can't use them there

Unfortunately used the car wash without checking the reviews. Not only did it not wash my car, it also snapped a wiper blade off. Emailed Rontec who run the garage and was fobbed off. Basically implying it was broken when I went in. Which they would know wasn't the case if they bothered to investigate it properly, such as speaking to the member of staff or looking at CCTV. Keep well away.

Rude staff pumps are dripping with diesel and I didn’t notice as I was rushing I had told him about and he said to me o week you should of put gloves on not my problem

Friendly guy at the till but didn't offer receipt and then short changed me by £10 until he realised I had stopped to check my change and then offered it to me. Also told me I was too late to add points to card, I guess he puts other people's points on his own card if they forget...so sad that you have to check everything. Won't be going there again.

Don't bother coming here, zero customer care. Air pressure machine took the money and then didn't work and shop attendant wouldn't refund.
