Swans Hand Car Wash & Valeting

First time visiting, and was really pleased with the outcome. My car was a mess but Rachid and the team made a great job, inside and out. Will definitely return here. Patricia (July 2026)

I took my new Mercedes CLE to Swans Hand Car Wash & Valeting and was genuinely impressed with the service. The team were extremely polite, friendly and far more helpful than they needed to be. They took real care with the car, paid attention to the details and treated it with respect throughout. Nothing felt rushed, and they clearly take pride in doing a proper job rather than simply getting cars through as quickly as possible. The finish was excellent and the car looked fantastic afterwards. It is always slightly nerve-racking taking a brand-new car somewhere for its first wash, but they put me completely at ease. A very professional, welcoming and hard-working team. I would happily recommend them and will definitely be returning.

i get my car valeted every 4-6 weeks here they always do a good job inside and out , would definitely recommend them, Not the cheapest place in Kidderminster but you get what you pay for, the cars are cleaned and kept inside their yard so never worried about leaving the keys with them. Great service thanks again
