Kidderminster Hand Car Wash

Ive been here today and i won't be returning. The staff were so rude. I was trying to explain what I wanted doing and the man called me stupid on several occasions saying that inside wasn't dirty so why would I want it dping. I explained that I knew it wasn't too dirty, but I wanted the interior polished along with the exterior cleaned and waxed as its a new to me car. Then, on looking at the board I think they've over charged me for what ive had done. I wasn't going to leave the car due to them being so rude, but ive never been here before and I couldn't see how I could get out as you're kind of stuck in between the walls at the side of you and cars in front and behind you. Not a nice experience at all, plus my car doesn't look any different!

I have been here once before and been happy with the full clean … not this time. They cleaned the outside and left bird mess on the roof and did not clean the side steps either. I asked them to clean the inside and he proceeded to open the door and the conversation went: Him: “it doesn’t need doing” (it was filthy) Me “yes it does - how much?” Him “£48” Me “that’s too much, how much just to do the front seats?” Him “£41” Me “that’s way too much” Him “oh well” … £13 for the outside They just did not want to do the inside and priced himself out of it after his first reason of it being clean enough failed - the 5 cars before me and 2 after me also only had the outside. I wish they’d just been honest and said they were not doing insides that day.

These guys are brilliant! I've been several times and they consistently do a fantastic job! They do their job thoroughly and no detail goes unnoticed. Even the dirt under the top edge of my bonnet was checked and cleaned. No car is too dirty either as mine is parked under trees and they get it spotless. I cannot rate them highly enough and the prices are more than reasonable! Thanks guys! 😀

Just shocking. This is the first car wash I’ve ever been to where the car comes out still needing a wash. I paid for the bumper shine and windows (in and out), but the car looked exactly the same as before it went in. There was nothing crazy to clean—just standard bug splatter—but there was zero change at the end of it. When I told them I wasn't happy, the whole team started giggling and making jokes in their own language. Saying I’m unsatisfied is taking it lightly. Will never come back.

I've rarely had a problem here. Most of the time, the guys do a good and thorough job. It can be challenging for them if there are long queues so bring your car here if you're not in a rush or heading home.
