Worst car wash, leave your car Greasy

This is not the first time I have experienced an unsatisfactory level of customer service at this store. On this occasion, after making a contactless payment for a small purchase, I expected the member of staff to ask whether I required a receipt. Instead, there was no communication, and I had to request the receipt myself. When the receipt began printing from the machine that was not facing the customer, the staff member simply looked at me and expected me to take the receipt without any verbal explanation. This was confusing and not something I have experienced at other petrol stations. I appreciate that this was a small purchase, but, I believe that every customer interaction contributes to the overall impression of the brand. A more welcoming and attentive approach from staff would make a meaningful difference to the customer experience.

Good place to pop in get fuel and a small shop with the in-store M&S. Car wash and small parking area. Close to a KFC drive through. Can be a pain to pull out onto the busy main room.

Very clean petrol station, snacks, drinks and food etc well overpriced.

Expensive but had diesel when supermarkets around didn't albeit at a 5p premium

The staff really make this place.! It keeps us coming back week in, week out. You have a few key members in this petrol station that are at the heart of the business, nothing is ever too much when you ask, and they look after there regulars by making sure their favourite items are stocked up. Great service.

Woman was quite rude today not sure what her problem was just checked my items towards me it fell on the floor for me to pick up over attitude issue I need to find out her name a right a complaint there was no name badge

Nice clean garage with good stock of amenities.

First time here, and first time charging with the Pulse Charge. Staff were great gave us free coffee while we waited very pleasant.

Popped in for some late night adult essentials and the young lady I think it was belle on the name badge was very helpful and informative
