Contacted Blackseal about a full valet and was told that he could get me in a week later (Monday) When I asked "next Monday?" never replied. Called to say that I was still looking to get my car valeted.. George text later to say he may be able to get me in that week, asking again what I wanted. Replied with "full valet please" Never received a response. Text him back 6 days later asking if he'd booked me in for the week later appointment (Monday) Never replied. So I saved myself around £70 and did it myself. Only went to a 'professional' as I normally valet the car myself, but haven't had the time and won't take it to the cheap and cheerful ones. My experience with Blackseal is as follows. Unreliable Untrustworthy Would I want to hand the key to my car now? No But that's just my experience, and yours may be different.

Folks! This company is top class. Talk about attention to detail. I gave them the keys to my faded red van and it has been brought back to life! Thank you so much for the work and I will be a returning customer for sure. 👏

I have just bought a new mini convertible from Sytner but the valet package was poor so I have complained and been advised to select a car valeting company to complete the work. I chose this company and so glad I did two very nice gentlemen arrived on time, completed the job to a very high standard spending hours until they were satisfied it was of a high standard. I am delighted and will definitely be using their services again to care for my car and protect my roof twice a year. Thank you so much guys.

I was looking to use a local service for car detailing as my car was due. Straight away Blackseal was helpful. Booking was easy and fast, and the car was accepted at the time booked. When the job was finished, the car looked too good to use! Brilliant work inside and out - even under the harsh December conditions. Thanks - will come back again!

Amazing service. Car looked brand new after its service, with all the little details also done. Very professional and easy to have done. After the service I was told everything that had been cleaned and serviced and was evident of precision of cleaning and finish. My car still looked clean and just done weeks after the service! Again an amazing service and will be using again!
